The general commercial law with the main focuses in insolvency law, commercial law and corporate law, bank law as well as the law of the loan securities belongs to the main competence of our office. We look after a huge number of running insolvency cases and can look back at successful renovation solutions and enterprise reorganisations.

On this occasion, questions of the European commercial law and the international insolvency law move increasingly in the context. To do justice to these challenges, we have straightened our activity in particular on the care of secondary insolvency procedure within the scope of international insolvency proceedings. This competence is rounded off by our special knowledge in the areas of the energy law as well as the contract creation of research cooperations and developing cooperations. Through this we are also able to satisfy the special requirements for the care of enterprise insolvencies in these areas.
